Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Semarang Regency in March 2024 was recorded at 16.83 percent, a decrease of 6.19 percentage points compared to the TPK for February 2024 which was recorded at 23.02 percent.

The highest TPK in March 2024 occurred at 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, namely 19.66 percent and the lowest for 1 star hotels at 11.13 percent.

The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in March 2024 was recorded at 1.17 nights, an increase from February 2024 of 0.17 points.

In March 2024, domestic RLM was recorded at 1.17 nights, while there were no foreign guests staying at hotels in Semarang Regency.
