Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Semarang Regency in February 2024 was recorded at 23.02 percent, an increase of 0.44 percentage points compared to the TPK for January 2024 which was recorded at 22.58 percent.
The highest TPK in February 2024 occurred at 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, namely 27.34 percent and the lowest for 1 star hotels at 13.56 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in February 2024 was recorded at 1 night, a decrease from January 2024 of 0.13 points.
In February 2024, domestic RLM was recorded at 1 night, while there were no foreign guests staying at hotels in Semarang Regency.
