Abstract

▪ Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Semarang Regency in the month January 2024 was recorded at 22.58 percent, a decrease of 13.69 percent points compared to the TPK in December 2023 which was recorded at 39.27 percent.

▪ The highest ROR in January 2024 occurred in 3, 4, 5 star hotels, namely 25.52 percent and the lowest was 1 star hotel at 16.03 percent.

▪ The average length of stay (RLM) of star hotel guests in January 2024 was recorded amounting to 1.13 p.m., an increase from December 2023 of 0.03 points.

▪ In January 2024, domestic RLM was recorded at 1.13 nights, while there were no guests foreigners staying at hotels in Semarang Regency.
