Abstract

Semarang Regency's economy in 2022 based on the amount of Domestic Product Gross Regional Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) reached IDR 56,632.20 billion and above constant price basis (ADHK) in 2010 reached IDR 37,857.92 billion.
Semarang Regency's economy in 2022 recorded positive growth, namely 5.31 percent, higher than the achievements in 2021 which grew 3.63 percent. From the production side, the highest growth was achieved by the Transportation and Warehousing Business Field, which was 65.21 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest increase was recorded by the Household Consumption Expenditure Component, namely 6.28 percent.
Structurally, the Processing Industry Business Field dominates the economic structure of Semarang Regency in 2022 with a contribution of 39.11 percent, while from the expenditure side it is dominated by the Household Consumption Expenditure Component (PK-RT) with a contribution of 58.66 percent.
