Abstract

The economy of Semarang Regency in 2021 will grow 3.63 percent.
The economy of Semarang Regency in 2021 based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) will reach Rp. 51,805.06 billion and based on constant prices (ADHK) in 2010 it will reach Rp. 35,946.10 billion.
The economy of Semarang Regency in 2021 was recorded to experience positive growth, which was 3.63 percent compared to the achievement in 2020 which experienced a contraction of -2.67 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the wholesale and retail trade sector; Car and Motorcycle Repairs amounted to 7.19 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest increase was recorded by the Component of Net Exports of Goods and Services (including Net Exports Between Regions) which was 15.20 percent.
The Manufacturing Industry Business Field dominates the economic structure of Semarang Regency in 2021 with a contribution of 39.22 percent, while from the expenditure side it is dominated by the Household Consumption Expenditure Component (PK-RT) with a contribution of 57.79 percent.
