Training of IBS Data Collection 2024 Field Officer

Tuesday (7/5) BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency carried out Training of Large and Medium Industrial Survey (IBS) 2025 Field Officer activities, in the BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency Hall. This activity was attended by 24 field officers, consisting of 8 PML and 16 PCL.

The training was opened directly by the Head of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency, Dewi Trirahayuni, S.Si, M.Si. In her speech, she advised all field officers to carry out data collection in the field according to the SOP and data collection guidelines taught by the instructor, so that the data produced from the Annual IBS Survey is of higher quality, so that the results can be used in calculating economic growth in the medium and large scale industrial sectors. She also advised field officers not to be discouraged if they experience difficulties in obtaining data from large companies, and to continue trying so that the data can be obtained.

The training material was delivered by National Instructor (Innas) Riski Evayana S.ST. as the First Expert Statistician at BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency. The presentation of the material was very clear and interesting, so that all participants took part in this training enthusiastically and actively asked questions if there was material they did not understand.

Ending the training, Mahmuda Ariyadi S.Kom. as Function Coordinator of the Production Activity Team, emphasized to all officers to comply with the activity schedule so that field data collection is completed on time.

With the synergy of Innas, field enumerators, supervisors and the Semarang Regency BPS team, it is hoped that the IBS data produced will be truly high quality.
