Field Officer Training of Sakernas February 2024

On 22 to 24 January 2024 BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency carried out the Field Officer Training of National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) February 2024. The training was carried out in a hybrid manner, starting with online training via zoom meeting on 22 to 23 January 2024, then continued with offline training on 24 January 2024. This training was attended by 7 field officers, with 2 Regional Instructors, namely Annie Yuliati, S.Si as Junior Statistician and Fajar Sodik Pamungkas, A.Md as Implementing Statistician.

The offline training was held in the hall of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency and was attended by the Head of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency, Dewi Trirahayuni, S.Si, M.Si. In her direction, she appealed to all participants to take part in the training seriously and thoroughly considering the importance of Sakernas in calculating employment indicators. Apart from that, she emphasized that field officers must always comply with the SOP in carrying out data collection for the Sakernas February, which recently switched modes from previously using paper questionnaires (PAPI) to using the Android application (CAPI).

By implementing field officer training and data collection according to SOP, it is hoped that Sakernas data collection can be completed on time and produce up-to-date and high-quality employment data.
