Training of Susenas March 2024 Field Officer

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is an important source of household socio-economic data in Indonesia. Therefore, the continued availability and quality of Susenas data must be maintained and improved.
In order to maintain and improve the quality of Susenas data, BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency implemented Training of Susenas March 2024 Field Officer which was integrated with the First Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) on 2024.

The training was attended by 79 participants consisting of 54 statistical partners as enumerators and 25 BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency employees as supervisors. This training was divided into 2 group and was carried out in a hybrid mode (online and offline) from 22 to 31 January 2024. Online training was carried out for 3 days via zoom meetings, then continued with offline training for 1 day at the Griya Persada Convention Hotel and Resort Bandungan.  Acting as National Instructors (innas), namely Puja Sulistyawan, SE, M.Si as Young Statistician and Bayu Arto, SE as First Statistician at BPS Semarang Regency.

At the opening of the training, the Head of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency, Dewi Trirahayuni, S.Si, M.Si appealed to all participants to take part in the training with focus and pay attention to the material presented by the instructors, so that they can understand the concept of the definition and procedures for Susenas data collection.

By implementing officer training, it is hoped that all officers can carry out their duties well and produce quality socio-economic data.
