Updating the Loads of Sakernas February 2025 Census Block

The February 2025 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) has entered phase Updating the Loads of Census Block, which begins on January 24, 2025 and is scheduled to be completed on February 7, 2025. This activity will be carried out in 16 Census Blocks spread over the Semarang Regency area.

The updating is done door to door by field officers. It aims to identify the presence of families within the elected Census Block. Furthermore, field officers will convert from family to household, then will be selected for a sample for the complete enumeration of Sakernas households by February 2025.

All of field officers are expected to be able to carry out updates according to procedures to produce up-to-date household data, so that the selected household sample will truly represent the population. Thus, quality employment data will be generated.
