Training of the Susenas March and the Seruti Quarter I 2025

Social Economic Survey (Susenas) is a survey conducted by BPS to collect social and economic data of Indonesian people. Meanwhile, the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) is a survey conducted quarterly to collect household economic data that includes information on expenditure, income, and other economic indicators.

In an effort to improve the accuracy and quality of socioeconomic data, BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency conducted training of field officers Susenas March 2025 and Seruti Quarter I 2025. This activity is carried out hybridly (online and offline) in two stage, namely on January 13-16, 2025 and January 20-24, 2025.

The training was attended by 80 participants consisting of 53 statistical partners as counters and 27 BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency employees as supervisors. Acting as a National Instructor (Innas) namely Puja Sulistyawan, SE, M. Si and Bayu Arto, SE as a Young Expert Statistics at BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency.

Training was opened by Head of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency, Dewi Trirahayuni, S. Si, M Si. In her direction, Dewi appealed to all participants to follow the training with focus and listen to the material presented by the instructor, so that they can understand the concept of definition and procedures of the Susenas and Seruti data collection.

With the implementation of officer training, it is expected that all officers can understand the procedures of data collection and concepts and definitions well, so that the field activities of Susenas March and Seruti Quarter I 2025 will be able to produce quality socioeconomic data.
