Training of Sakernas February 2025 Field Officers

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) produces employment indicators that will be used as the basis for development policy especially related to employment in Indonesia. In an effort to accommodate employment development, Sakernas February 2025 uses ICLS-13, ICLS-19, ICLS-20 and ICLS-21 as a reference base.

BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency held the Training of National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) February 2025 Field Officers. This training is carried out hybridly starting with online training followed by offline training, in the period 13 to 22 January 2025.

The trainees consisted of 6 statistical partners as enumerators and 2 employees of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency as supervisors. Acting as Regional Instructor (Inda) is Annie Yuliati, S.Si as Technical Inda and Fajar Sodik Pamungkas, A.Md as Inda Fasih.

In this training, the concept of definition and procedure of collecting Sakernas data in the field was presented. It is expected that all of field officers have a good understanding of material and conduct data collection according to procedures, so that accurate and quality employment data is produced.
