Evaluation Meeting of EPSS 2024 Assessment and Preparation of EPSS 2025

Wednesday (23/10) representatives of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency as the Statistical Data Builder were present at the Evaluation Meeting of EPSS 2024 Assessment and Preparation of EPSS 2025 organized by the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Semarang Regency.

In addition to the Diskominfo as Walidata, there was also a representative of the Regional Development Planning and Research Agency (Bapperida) of Semarang Regency as the Coordinator of SDI, representatives of the regional device organization (OPD) at the EPSS assessment center in 2024, and representatives of OPD candidates for the EPSS 2025 locus.

The evaluation of the results of EPSS 2024 was delivered by Lin Purwati, S. ST, M. Agb as the Intermediate Statistician of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency. From the results of the assessment, the value of the Statistical Development Index (IPS) of Semarang Regency increased from 2.06 in 2023 to 2.67 in 2024.

In addition to the evaluation, the event also discussed the preparation of EPSS 2025 by choosing the OPD that will be the locus of assessment and preparing the schedule of coaching and evaluation of sectoral statistical coaching. With mature preparation and coaching, it is expected that the development of sectoral statistics in Semarang Regency continues to increase in the next assessment.
