Data Collecting of Sakernas August 2024

Thursday (8/8) is the first day of data collecting for the August 2024 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). From the results of the Sakernas data collecting, data estimates will be obtained on the number of employed people, the number of unemployed, and other employment indicators. Data collecting for Sakernas August 2024 used the Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) mode, namely the FASIH application.

All of field officers carry out data collection on selected sample households from the results of updating the census blocks, and are scheduled to complete on August 31 2024. When collecting data, field officers are expected to follow predetermined data collection procedures. Apart from that, assistance from supervisors is also needed to maintain the quality of data collected, and is expected to provide solutions to problems that arise in the field.

With good cooperation between data collection officers, supervisors and the person in charge of Sakernas activities at BPS Semarang Regency, it is hoped that quality employment data will be obtained.
