Involvement of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency in Planning and Implementation of Development

BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency continues to strive to provide the best contribution in planning, implementing and monitoring and evaluating development carried out in Semarang Regency. One of them is by actively participating in the Public Consultation Forum activities discussing the Initial Draft Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) for Semarang Regency for 2025. This forum was attended by the Regent, Deputy Regent, DRPD, Forkopimda and all regional officials and community organizations in Semarang Regency. The event held on Thursday (25/1) discussed several priority development programs that will be carried out in 2025. On this occasion, BPS provided several suggestions and input, especially regarding connectivity between the management of the agricultural, MSME and tourism sectors as an effort to encourage the role of the agricultural and tourism sector in the economy.

Not only that, on Friday (26/1), BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency also attended the 2024 Fiscal Year Activity Inventory Coordination Meeting that Supports Inflation Control. The coordination meeting, which was led directly by the Assistant for Economy and Development of Semarang Regency, involved all stakeholders who are members of the Semarang Regency Regional Inflation Control Team with the hope that handling inflation in Semarang Regency this year can be carried out better by focusing on the affordability of people's purchasing power and the conduciveness of the economy in Semarang Regency.
