Happiness Index of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency 2023

Friday (12/1) BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency is again held the Jumat APIK event, which is one of the innovations of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency, with subject the Happiness Index of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency Employee.

On December 2023, a Happiness Level Measurement Survey was carried out with respondents from all employees at BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency. The survey aims to determine the level of happiness of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency employees, and as material for policy making and evaluation for the leader.

From the results of the survey data processing, the Happiness Index of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency employee reached 7.82 on a scale of 0-10. The material was well presented by Prasetyo Aji, SE as Young Expert Statistics at BPS-Statiatics Semarang Regency, accompanied by discussion and questions and answers by the participants.

By knowing the current happiness level of employee, the leader of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency can carry out evaluations so that employee happiness continues to increase, then it is hoped that the performance of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency employees will also increase.
