BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency Goes to School

BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency organizes BPS Goes to School activities to SMA Negeri 1 Bergas from 19 to 20 February 2025. This activity is one of the efforts of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency to collaborate with schools, especially High School in order to improve statistical literacy in the school environment.

This increase in statistical literacy includes the introduction of statistical activities carried out by BPS, the introduction of statistical data products and BPS services, and the use of BPS data for schools, government agencies, and the community. The BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency team consisting of Expert Statistians conveyed the material interestingly and involved students in interactive discussions.

On this occasion, the BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency team also informed about STIS Statistical Polytechnic, which is a civil service university in the field of statistics managed directly by the Central Statistics Agency.

The SMA Negeri 1 Bergas welcomes and appreciates this activity because it is very useful for improving statistical literacy for students of SMA Negeri 1 Bergas.

With increased statistical literacy in the school environment, it is expected to create a younger generation that understands and understands the importance of data in development.
