Analysis of the Results of the 2024 Semarang Regency BPS Data Needs Survey

Monitoring and evaluation of services organized by BPS through PST need to be carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information as well as the quality of services provided. One of the efforts made by BPS is to conduct a Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is conducted to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and public services. SKD was first implemented in 2005 at the Central BPS. In 2008, SKD was conducted at the central BPS and five provincial BPS as a trial (pilot project). In 2009-2010, SKD was implemented at the central BPS and eleven provincial BPS. In 2011-2013, SKD was conducted at the central BPS and 33 provincial BPS. Since 2014, the implementation of SKD has been developed to the district/city BPS.
