Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in January 2024 is 31.53 percent, where the TPK for star hotels is 40.63 percent and non-star hotels are 22.28 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) for guests in January 2024 was 1.22 nights, with the RLM recorded for star hotels at 1.33 nights and non-star hotels at 1.06 nights.
