Abstract

In December 2020, Central Java experienced inflation of 0.46 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.51. Of the six CPI cities in Central Java, all cities experienced inflation. The highest inflation occurred in the city of Tegal at 0.56 percent with a CPI of 106.26, followed by the city of Semarang at 0.49 percent with a CPI of 105.91; the city of Kudus at 0.42 percent with a CPI of 104.66; the city of Cilacap at 0.35 percent with a CPI of 104.25; the city of Purwokerto at 0.33 with a CPI of 104.86; and the lowest inflation in the city of Surakarta at 0.32 percent with a CPI of 104.61
