Synergy Between BPS and the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD): BPS Attends a Public Hearing with the DPRD’s Special Committee

BPS (Statistics Indonesia) of Semarang Regency participated in a public hearing with a Special Committee (Pansus) of the Semarang Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) to discuss the National Social and Economic Single Data (DTSEN)—specifically concerning individuals who have not yet been assigned a decile ranking.

The session involved relevant agencies, including the Social Affairs Office and the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (Baperrinda) of Semarang Regency. The meeting served as a platform for coordination, clarification, and discussion regarding data entries that have yet to be classified within the decile ranking system.

This forum aims to foster synergy and a shared understanding among the participating agencies, supporting improvements to the quality of the DTSEN. The goal is to ensure the data is more accurate and integrated, ultimately serving as a reliable foundation for development planning, policy-making, and the implementation of social protection programs.
