Internalization of the results of the 2024 Organization Culture Survey (SBO)

Thursday (10/10) BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency carried out the Internalization of the Results of the 2024 Organization Culture Survey (SBO), in the hall of the BPS-Statistics Hall of Semarang Regency. The survey aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the BPS during 2024, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of the BPS behavior in the BPS Working Unit, as well as as as one of the indicators of the determination of the program of the next change management activity.

The results of the 2024 SBO which was held on 15 - 19 July 2024 was delivered by the Change Ambasador of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency Saiful Adhi Saputra, S. Si, M. E. From the results of the survey, obtained the Implementation of BERAKHLAK Value of the BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency was 62.00% (Sufficiently Healthy).

With these achievements, BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency has determined a follow-up plan to improve literacy and implementation of the values of BERAKHLAK for all employees of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency in order to improve the performance and public services of BPS-Statistics Semarang Regency.
