Ceremony of 2024 Pancasila Birthday Anniversary

Saturday (1/6) Semarang Regency BPS held a ceremony to commemorate the Birth of Pancasila in the courtyard of the Semarang Regency BPS office. The ceremony was attended by all employees, with the Head of BPS Semarang Regency, Dewi Trirahayuni S.Si, M.Si as the ceremony supervisor.

The Birth of Pancasila is celebrated every June 1, which is the day when Bung Karno, as the Proclaimer of Independence, first introduced Pancasila through his speech in 1945 before a session of the Investigating Committee for Preparatory Efforts for Independence (BPUPK).

This year's commemoration of Pancasila's Birthday carries the theme "Pancasila is the Soul of Unifying the Nation Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045", which means that Pancasila unites us with all ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic differences in welcoming 100 years of a progressive, independent and sovereign Golden Indonesia.

All participants attended the ceremony solemnly, and listened to the message given by the ceremony supervisor.

By holding this ceremony commemorating the Birth of Pancasila, it is hoped that it will pump up the enthusiasm of BPS Semarang Regency employees in particular and the entire community in general to continue to practice Pancasila for the sake of an advanced, just, prosperous and dignified Indonesia on the world stage.
